THE MODEL OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) AND GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

The goal of this study is to collect empirical evidences about the influence of company’s characteristic. This study proxies in board size, the ownership of management, the type of industry, the leverage, liquidity, and profitability level which are listed in LQ45 index on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) due to the social information they revealed. The population members in this study were mining companies which are listed in LQ-45 on Indonesian Stock Exchange. We collected 12 mining companies listed from the year of 2011 to 2013. This study shows that CSR, institutional ownership, the number of management committee, the number of independent commissioners, and the number of auditing committee altogether give statistically significant influence to PBV.The goal of this study is to collect empirical evidences about the influence of company’s characteristic.
