Abstract

The existing paper examines the adoption of an Ethical-by-Design AI model of controlled IT systems, which addresses how AI-implemented systems could be used to guarantee adherence to the changing regulatory demands. The framework is designed with self-learning AI models to take a proactive risk management role, adapt security concerns, and follow the changing laws and regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA. The paper shows how AI models, such as reinforcement learning and deep learning, can be automatically used to adapt compliance protocols in real-time through the use of simulated scenarios in healthcare, financial services and cloud computing. The framework has been shown to offer scalable way of improving enterprise compliance and ethical standards even when there are issues in data quality, model interpretability, and change in regulations.
